The offer and sale of products on our website www.lalinaturalcosmetics.com are governed by these Conditions of Sale, valid for each proposal, order and purchase order confirmation of the products. The confirmation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these conditions of sale.
Before forwarding the purchase order the customer is required to read the general conditions. By forwarding the purchase order you automaticly accept these general conditions. Once the purchase order has been confirmed, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order containing all the information regarding the products purchased, the price, shipping costs, applicable taxes and means of payment. With the confirmation email, the purchase contract is concluded and formalised. Lalì natural cosmetics reserves the right not to accept or process orders that are incomplete or missing essential data like a detailed delivery address, and phone number.
Any promotions advertised are valid only for the online store. The product prices published from time to time cancel and substitute previous prices and are subject to the actual availability of the product. The images of the product are solely for illustrative purposes. Any special offer or promotions proposed by Lalì natural cosmetics are valid until expiry or until the products are out of stock.

PAYMENT METHODS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Is possible to pay by
credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Postepay.
Transactions performed using this method of payment are managed in TOTAL SECURITY directly by Stripe. No extra costs.
Prior Bank Transfer: The products will be sent once the bank transfer has been received by Lalì s.n.c.
Remember to insert in the reason of payment the code of your order.
Please send the bank transfer within 3 days from the date of order or the same will be cancelled. No extra costs.

Please note: if you wish to receive an invoice remember to fill in your fiscal/company details when you order your products.You will not be able to request the invoice once the product has been shipped.
The goods travel at the responsibility and risk of the buyer. The delivery time goes from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 30 days. The products are delivered by express courier. Lalì natural cosmetics is, therefore, not responsible for any late delivery or damage occured during transportation. If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, accept the package signing “subject to inspection” and by sending an email to: email@example.com, if not it will not be possible to request any refund.
For shipping within Italy Lalì natural cosmetics charges a fee of €7.90 tax included, for orders up to 68.00 €. On orders from 68.00€ and over shipping is free. The offer is valid only for purchases within Italy. Couriers do not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays.
The shipping costs to Europe are:
Austria – Belgium – France – Germany – Luxembourg – Holand – Principality of Monaco – Spain (Canary Islands excluded). 14€ (0- 2 kg)
Bulgaria – Ciprus – Croatia – Dennmark – Estonia – Finland – Greece – Ireland – Latvia – Lithuania – Malta – Poland – Portugal – Czech Republic – Romania – Slovakia – Slovenia – Sweden – Hungary. 16 € (0-2 kg).
At the moment we do not ship to United Kingdom.

We recommend that you group your items into a single order. We are unable to group two orders carried out separately, the shipping costs will be applied to each order.
The boxes are reasonably sized and your articles are well protected.

Please note delivery times depend on courier and we cannot guarantee them.
Lalì natural cosmetics only guarantees the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be communicated by the customer, no later than 14 days from the delivery date by sending an email to: email@example.com. The customer has the right to replace damaged products upon return of the same. The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products are to be borne by the customer. Lalì natural cosmetics does not offer any additional warranty on the products beyond that provided on the
product itself. Lalì natural cosmetics cannot exceed the price of the products subject to dispute purchased by the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products ordered within the term of 14 working days from receipt of the same products. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, by sending an email to : firstname.lastname@example.org. The Customer may not use the right of withdrawal for products which are not in their original package or are damaged. The refund will be made as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date when Lalì natural cosmetics was informed. Please send the returned products to the following address:

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 concerning remote contracts and by the Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects concerning e-commerce.
AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
The General Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time also in consideration of any possible regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of their publication on www.lalinaturalcosmetics.com
