Returns Management (RMA)
If you have a problem that has not been solved by our support, you can return the product to us. The first step is to complete the Return form.
This form must be completed in full and we will reply via e-mail within 3 working days with the return instructions.
Products must be returned in the original packaging. We do not reimburse products damaged. Please use an external protective box to prevent damage during transportation. The return must be approved.
